Ownership and permission
You retain ownership of your original work. Submit only material you created, material covered by a permission or license valid for this use, public-domain material, or material justified by a specific applicable legal exception. Identify which basis applies. A search result, social-media post, credit line, AI tool output or citation does not establish permission. Do not upload complete articles, subscription PDFs or third-party photographs merely because they are accessible online.
License to operate the service
By submitting an authorized contribution under these terms, you grant CORESIS SAS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, technically adapt, format, translate, display and communicate it as necessary to operate FutureSciences, including backups, accessible versions and distribution of the relevant page. This includes displaying the contribution on pages funded by disclosed advertising or sponsorship. Necessary service providers may act for us within these purposes and contractual safeguards.
This license does not transfer ownership, waive non-waivable moral rights, sell your work as a separate product, authorize unrelated third-party AI training or allow your name, portrait or contribution to endorse an advertiser. Material changes of meaning and new commercial uses need an appropriate separate permission. Third-party licenses retain their own attribution, sharing and other conditions. No site-wide Creative Commons license is implied. The same limits apply when a representative validly authorizes an adolescent contribution.
Evidence before publication
For images, record the creator, original source, rights basis, license URL when applicable and private evidence of permission, purchase or public-domain status. A reviewer must check the actual asset and compatibility with commercial display, modification, translation and attribution. Image rights, privacy, trademarks and permission from recognizable people are separate issues. Material generated with AI must be identified to the reviewer with the tool, relevant terms and source inputs; generation is not proof of copyright ownership or freedom from third-party claims. Existing material without a completed review remains an audit item, not approved licensed content.
Scientific contributions
Separate evidence from inference and speculation. Link verifiable sources; do not invent references, qualifications, experiments, peer review or conflicts-of-interest statements. Disclose sponsorship, affiliations and material AI assistance. Editors may require corrections, supporting references or removal. Admission and votes are editorial and community signals, not scientific certification. Comments are moderated before publication.
Withdrawal and complaints
Ask for withdrawal, correction or attribution changes through Private requests, giving the exact URLs. The operational license ends when the contribution is removed, except for necessary limited backups, legally justified evidence and already integrated quotations or revisions whose continued use has a lawful basis. We assess privacy and child interests separately and do not use this clause to defeat erasure rights. Withdrawal cannot guarantee recall of lawful third-party copies or independent search caches. Copyright complaints and any applicable counter-notice process are described in Copyright, Image Rights and Takedown Requests.
