Participation with evidence and respect
Discuss ideas rigorously and criticize claims with verifiable reasons. Distinguish facts, hypotheses and speculation. Disclose conflicts, sponsorship and material AI assistance. Do not fabricate citations, expertise, review status or research results.
Prohibited conduct
No plagiarism, unauthorized images or texts, impersonation, harassment, threats, discrimination, doxxing, malicious code, spam, vote manipulation or undisclosed advertising. Do not disclose confidential information or unnecessary third-party data. Sexual exploitation, grooming and intimate images without consent, including synthetic images, are prohibited. Do not use comments to offer dangerous individualized medical advice or instructions for harming people.
Moderation
Comments enter review before publication, including substantive edits by their author. Proposals follow the Laboratory’s admission process. We may request evidence, add context, restrict distribution, remove content or suspend an account proportionately. Serious or repeated infringements may result in account termination; we examine the evidence, exceptions and context. Review is not a guarantee that all errors or unlawful uses will be detected.
Reports and appeals
Use Private requests without creating an account. Give the exact URL, relevant facts, the right or rule involved and your contact where needed. For urgent safety reports, contact information is optional. We assess reports diligently and communicate a reasoned decision where contact details and law permit. You may request human review using the appeal option and previous reference. We preserve necessary evidence and do not publish complainants’ personal details as part of a public discussion.
