FutureSciences publishes scientific and futures content under one central editorial rule: every claim must be proportional to the evidence that supports it.

    Headlines and summaries must not promise more than the content can demonstrate.
  2. Visible evidence
    Whenever possible, articles must link primary sources: papers, datasets, technical reports, regulatory documents, or institutional statements.
  3. Explicit uncertainty
    Uncertainty is not an editorial weakness. It is necessary information for interpreting emerging science.
  4. Semantic differentiation
    A text must distinguish established science, emerging research, experiments, hypotheses, speculation, and conceptual scenarios.
  5. Human responsibility
    Publication requires human editorial judgment, even when AI tools are used.

Requirements for Science Articles

Every primary article should aim to include:

  • scientific domain;
  • evidence level;
  • review status;
  • author or editorial owner;
  • publication and update dates;
  • fact-check date when applicable;
  • primary sources;
  • AI disclosure when automated assistance was used;
  • a distinction between facts, interpretation, and future scenarios.

Health, Medicine, and Biotechnology

Content related to health, medicine, genomics, treatment, or diagnosis requires additional caution.

FutureSciences does not publish personalized clinical recommendations. Medical claims must be backed by recognizable sources and must state whether they reflect established evidence, an early trial, a preclinical result, a hypothesis, or a speculative scenario.

Authorship and Review

Authorship must indicate editorial responsibility. When scientific, editorial, or expert review has occurred, the content must record it. If a piece needs further review, it must be marked as such.

Sources

Primary sources are preferred. Secondary sources may be used for context, but must not replace original evidence for core scientific claims.

Updates

Science changes. An article can become outdated without having been wrong at the time of publication. FutureSciences must maintain update dates and flag when a piece needs revision.

Content must be legible to language models and search engines through clear signals: descriptive titles, meta descriptions, structured data, dates, sources, evidence classification, and unambiguous language.
